Full Body Exercise every weekday

Fridays: No 5:30pm & 6:30pm classes on Fridays. However you can receive recording after 9:30am on request.

Saturdays: 4 Saturdays - 1st - 24 SN, 2nd - 48 SN, 3rd - 80 SN, 4th - 108 SN - recording is available on request.

$40/month - $120/3 months prepaid
$35/month - $210/6 months prepaid

Our plans are month to month and not date to date So -
if you want to sign up middle of the month, Pro-rated amount for

2 weeks - $45 and 3 weeks - $60

Pause Yoga Classes:
For those who signed up for 12 months Packages, can pause Yoga classes in between twice for up to 3 complete months in total if filled up this form (click here) before month starts and mentioned months. (You can pause complete months and not date to date.)

Tuesdays ➡️ Light Yoga ➡️ 6 Surya Namaskar ➡️ Yog Nidra ➡️ Good for Beginners - for those who have Physical restrictions and for Senior Citizens


Wednesdays ➡️ Intense Yoga ➡️ Shavasana ➡️ practice with Yoga blocks, strap, chair (optional)

Thursdays ➡️ Light Yoga ➡️ practice with Yoga strap/scarf/dupatta ➡️ Meditation ➡️ Good for Beginners - for those who have Physical restrictions and for Senior Citizens

Fridays ➡️ Intense Yoga ➡️ 12 Surya Namaskar ➡️ Your choice of relaxation ➡️ practice with Yoga blocks, strap, chair (optional)

Saturdays ➡️ Surya Namasakar Recording will be shared (available for 24 hours) to practice at your own convenient time.

  • Includes – Pranayama, face Yoga, eye exercises, head message, stretches, bends, twists, balance, inversions, etc.⁠

  • Improves – Flexibility, blood circulation, posture, focus, sleep, strength, mind-body awareness, metabolism, etc.

  • Reduces – Stress, Anxiety, Depression, etc.

  • It is Mindful YOGAsanaa and not just body movements.

  • Class Starts and ends with Chanting and Pranayama.

  • Relaxations at the end – Shavasana/Yoga Nidra/Meditation.

1st time with Mindful YOGAsanaa? Follow these 4 simple rules:

  1. Always bring your attention to your breath and try to your mind to current state.
    If your mind is wondering, while practicing asanas, bring it back to your breath.

  2. Always bring a smile to this class. It’s a prerequisite for this class 😊

  3. When we Breath in – expand your stomach and create more space in your body.
    When we Breath out – pull your navel in and contract your lungs.

  4. Always listen to your body. Do not overdo anything. Do only as much as you can.

    However, at the same time, we will not get lazy and we will try to do 5% more than our limits.

IMPORTANT:

  1. Please bring Yoga mat to the class along with your mind, heart and smile 😊
    Please join class zoom meeting 5 mins before time. We will start our class right on time.

  2. Kindly try to join Zoom meeting with your registered name (first name & last name initial) as it helps us identify your presence.

  3. You may keep your camera off occasionally when informed; however, keeping it off every day is not allowed.

  4. Please do not share zoom meeting details with anyone. Every participant needs to create their own account and agree to waiver & terms and conditions to enroll for classes (including kids).

  5. All classes are live on Zoom. Deepi Metkar will observe participants in all live zoom classes and correct postures or guide when needed. However, to have a consistency in all classes and daily provided recordings, Deepi will record her 6am session every day and play that video for other live classes on the same day so that she can more focus on all participants.

  7. *Kids ages under 14 can practice these online yoga classes (parents can help if needed); however every individual has to signup and pay. However those classes are not designed for kids so classes will not be as entertaining as kids' classes.

  8. Every individual has to signup and pay.

  9. Once booked, classes are non refundable and non transferable.
