PST Schedule: You can join everyday at any of the below timings
MTWThF  ➡️ 6am | 9:45am | 6:30pm
Sat            ➡️ 7am


No 6:30pm classes on Fridays.

MW ➡️ Light Yoga

TuTh ➡️ Intense Yoga

Sat ➡️ Surya Namaskar Saturdays - 108 on every 4th Saturday
 

If you miss the class you are welcome to practice with Zoom Recordings which will be sent Mon-Sat around 8am on Temporary – Monthly WhatsApp Group and will be available for 24 hours.

Our online Yoga classes are:
- 6days/week ➡️ Monday through Saturday
- 22+days/month ➡️ 1st Wednesday through 4 Saturdays after that ➡️ remaining days of the month, recording might be provided around at 6am

- On public holidays, you will receive Recording around at 6am (no live class) and then recording will be available for 24 hours for you to practice at your own convenient time.

HOW CLASSES LOOKS LIKE:
 

Everyday we do Full body Yoga.

Mondays ➡️ Light Yoga ➡️ practice with Yoga strap/scarf/dupatta ➡️ Meditation ➡️ Good for Beginners, with some Physical restrictions and Senior Citizens


Tuesdays ➡️ Intense Yoga ➡️ practice with Yoga blocks, strap, chair (optional) ➡️ Shavasana


Wednesdays ➡️ Light Yoga ➡️ Slow pace Surya Namaskar ➡️ Yog Nidra ➡️ Good for Beginners, with some Physical restrictions and Senior Citizens

Thursdays ➡️ Intense Yoga ➡️ Fast pace Surya Namaskar ➡️ practice with Yoga blocks, strap, chair (optional) ➡️ Your choice of relaxation

Fridays ➡️ We have something special.

You will receive details about it a day before on a WhatsApp main Group (click here to join)

Saturdays ➡️ Surya Namaskar (SN) with higher count

On 1st Sat around 28 SN with slow pace and by 4th Sat 108 SN with fast pace.

[SN Saturdays are only for those who already know how to do SN. If you want, you are welcome to do at least few SN if not a complete count]
 

  • Includes – Pranayama, face Yoga, eye exercises, head message, stretches, bends, twists, balance, inversions, etc.⁠

  • Improves – Flexibility, blood circulation, posture, focus, sleep, strength, mind-body awareness, metabolism, etc.

  • Reduces – Stress.

  • It is Mindful YOGAsanaa and not just body movements.

  • Class Starts and ends with Chanting and Pranayama.

  • Relaxations at the end – Shavasana/Yoga Nidra/Meditation.

IMPORTANT:

  1. Kindly try to join Zoom meeting with your registered name (first name & last name initial) as it helps us identify your presence.

  2. You may keep your camera off occasionally; however, keeping it off every day is not allowed. If you do not want to turn on your camera then please practice with recordings.

  3. Please do not share zoom meeting details with anyone. Every participant needs to create their own account and agree to waiver & terms and conditions to enroll for classes (including kids).

  4. *Kids can practice these online yoga classes as well; however every individual has to signup and pay. As this classes are not specially only for kids, classes will not be as entertaining as kids' classes.

  5. All classes are live on Zoom. Deepi Metkar will observe participants in all live zoom classes and correct postures or guide when needed. However, to have a consistency in all classes and daily provided recordings, Deepi will record her 6am session every day and play that video for other 2 live classes on the same day so that she can more focus on all participants.

Pause Yoga Classes:
For those who signed up for 12 months Packages, can pause Yoga classes in between twice for up to 3 complete months in total if filled up this form (click here) before month starts and mentioned months. (You can pause complete months and not date to date.)
