​Please read these terms and conditions carefully before registering for our classes. By registering for the classes, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. Class Rules:
   a. No matter when I sign up in a month, I understand that I need to pay full price for that month.
   b. I understand that the classes are non refundable and non transferrable to others.
   c. Also, I cannot change class time slots once enrolled.
   d. In case of missed class, I will not be able to get a makeup class for it. 
   e. I agree to not share the class Zoom link and class materials with anyone else.
   f. I agree to join the Zoom meeting with my Full registered name, otherwise I will be sent to waiting room.
   g. Each student needs to create his own account in order to sign the waiver and enroll for classes. Sharing zoom link within family members and friends is prohibited. Also, non-registered practitioners can not do Yoga with registered practitioners.

2. Cancellation: I understand that Mindful YOGAsanaa will try best to conduct the classes as per the schedule; however, classes may get canceled with or without prior notice in an emergency situation.
   If Mindful YOGAsanaa could not conduct more than 50% of the promised classes in a month, I will get a refund for it.

3. Assumption of Risk: I understand that participating in online yoga classes involves physical activity and has inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strains, sprains, and the possibility of physical or psychological injury. I voluntarily assume all such risks and waive any claim against Mindful YOGAsanaa, its instructors, and affiliates for any injury or damages resulting from my participation.

4. Health and Fitness: I confirm that I am in good health and physical condition and have no medical conditions that would prevent my participation in online yoga classes. If I have any concerns about my health or fitness, I will consult a healthcare professional before participating.

5. Responsibility for Personal Property: I acknowledge that I am responsible for my personal property during online yoga classes and release Mindful YOGAsanaa from any liability for loss or damage to personal belongings.

6. Online Platform: I understand that online yoga classes will be conducted through a virtual platform, and I am responsible for ensuring that I have the necessary equipment, a stable internet connection, and a suitable space for participation. Mindful YOGAsanaa is not responsible for any technical issues on my end. I understand that though Mindful YOGAsanaa will try to conduct Yoga classes seamlessly on an online platform, some interruptions or errors could happen during the classes.

7. Code of Conduct: I agree to behave professionally and respectfully towards others. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in my immediate removal from the enrollment without refund.

8. Meetup: I here by agree that if I decide to meet any person whom I may have got introduced through Mindful YOGAsanaa, my decision to meet and/or interact with any such person is solely at my own risk and Mindful YOGAsanaa is not liable for any consequences arising thereof. 

9. Recording and Privacy: I consent to the recording of online yoga classes for instructional and promotional purposes by Mindful YOGAsanaa. I understand that my image and participation may be captured and used by Mindful YOGAsanaa without compensation.  I also understand that audio or video recording the online Yoga classes on student's end is prohibited.

10. Data Privacy: Mindful YOGAsanaa do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer my personal information to third parties without my consent, except as required by law or in the case of third-party service providers essential for the operation of online services.

11. Release of Liability: I release Mindful YOGAsanaa, its instructors, employees, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of my participation in online yoga classes, workshops, and challenges.

12. Changes to Terms and Conditions: I understand that Mindful YOGAsanaa may modify these terms and conditions time to time without notice. It is my responsibility to review these terms and conditions periodically for any changes.
